The800mm/6000mm CNC intersecting wire cutting machine is the latest high-efficiency and high-precision automatic large-scale pipe cutting equipment.which is mainly used for standard cutting of various low-carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and other pipes. It cancut the end face of circular tube, the intersecting surface of threaded circular tube and plane, and the standard cutting andgroove cutting of various intersecting surfaces of circular tube and circular tube, circular tube and spherical surface andcircular tube and curved surface. This model has beautiful appearance, compact structure, stable operation and simple operation.
The range of cutting pipe diameter is 100-800mm, and the range of cutting pipe length is 6m.
The mechanical part of the machine is mainly composed of control cabinet, H steel foundation base, power chuck and cutting head.
The workbench and the power chuck are designed separately, and processed by machinery as a whole, so that the longitudinal guide
rail is parallel to the axis of the power chuck, which greatly improves the working accuracy of the machine. On the workbench, 3sets of roller supports are installed, and the gear is driven to rotate by the driving system on the moving body, thus realizing the longitudinal gear and rack transmission. The power chuck drives the chuck to rotate through a servo motor and a large inertia reducer, and the chuck drives the workpiece to rotate forward and backward. The cutting head is controlled by double servo motors,which can make axial and radial deflection. The system controls the linkage of these motion axes to realize the cutting of pipe intersection line and pipe groove cutting. When working, just hang the pipe directly on the working platform, and automatically determine the axis of the pipe by using multiple sets of rollers, which makes the loading and unloading of the pipe very convenient.CNC intersecting wire cutting machine is based on five-axis digital control system. The linkage of multiple motion axes of the whole machine is controlled by the system. The five axes are defined as:
Y axis: the cutting body moves along the longitudinal length of the workpiece.
B-axis: the cutting torch swings axially around the cutting point on the surface of the workpiece.
C-axis: the cutting torch deflects radially around the cutting point on the workpiece surface.
Z-axis: the cutting torch of the cutting body rises and falls vertically.
R axis: the front chuck rotates the workpiece 360 degrees.
The motion axis of the machine is driven by AC servo motor, and the system control is controlled by industrial computer, which is fully digital and has high stability and reliability. All gas paths are equipped with solenoid valves and regulating valves, which can easily realize artificial intelligence control of cutting procedures. Oxygen, gas or plasma gas source is delivered to the cutting torch through pipeline. In order to meet the needs of various cutting processes, the gas supply system adopts multiple groups of electromagnetic valves to control the on-off of various gas flows. The working pressure of various gases is regulated by a regulator (or pressure reducing valve).
