Product Description

Busbar processing machine is widely used in high and low voltage switchgear, transformer cabinet
manufacturing and other electrical appliances manufacturing industry.

1.The punching unit adopts a toothed six-die position one-piece turret structure, which guarantees
the absolute centering of the upper and lower dies, good visibility, high strength, and workers donot
need to change the dies frequently.
2.The bending machine adopts independent worktable, three processing units work at the same time
without affecting each other. Open bending to take and put the copper row more convenient, touch s-
creen control, so that the bending processing precision, efficiency and faster.
3.The system adopts Siemens PLC,  equipped with 6 rela-ys to effectively prevent damage to the sys-
tem of electrical appliances
4.Shear unit cast iron one-piece thickened center beam, more durable. Adopting frustrated shear type
