Main technical requirements and instructions
(1) The fusing machine equipment can complete the wire rope diameter of 1-5mm wire rope.
The equipment adopts servo motor to feed the wire to ensure the accuracy of the fusing length; the fusing surface is conical, the
maximum diameter of the conical surface edge is smaller than the diameter of the wire rope, the fusing surface is not scattered;
the use of touch film screen settings to change the fusing length is fast and convenient.
(2) Size requirements of wire rope and fuse:
1. The fusing material of the fusing machine is the wire rope without cotton thread inside.
2. Wire rope diameter requirements for 1-5mm (need to replace the clamping mold to achieve).
3. The maximum diameter of the wire rope can be fused to 5mm, the length is not limited, (such as the need for larger diameter
material processing, need to be customized).
4. The size of the fused length can be set arbitrarily by touching the "total length" display box on the touch screen to bring
up the numerical setting keyboard, and the length can be set arbitrarily.
5. The accuracy of the broken line is about: ± 2 ‰ (minimum ± 2mm)
